ZX77 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZX77 online gaming platform, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, payment facilities and support services provided under the ZX77 brand at zx77.click ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by ZX77 and is directed exclusively at users in Pakistan.

By accessing ZX77, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you;
• You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them;
• You have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this agreement.

To register and use a ZX77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZX77 is strictly prohibited to persons under 18. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request identity documents at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of placing bets or conducting transactions.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from ZX77 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not have had a ZX77 account previously closed for breaching these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any other person or entity.

One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one ZX77 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name or any other name — is strictly prohibited. ZX77 employs automated detection to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be closed, all pending bets cancelled and any withdrawable balance may be confiscated at ZX77's sole discretion.

When registering on ZX77 you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and a valid email address or mobile number. ZX77 may request supporting documents to verify this information at any stage — failure to provide them within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your ZX77 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. ZX77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat.

You must not share your ZX77 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials — whether by you or by someone you have shared your credentials with — is your full legal and financial responsibility.

• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ZX77 customer support immediately.
• ZX77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials, used an insecure device or failed to log out properly.
• You must not allow minors access to your ZX77 account under any circumstances. If you share a device with other household members, ensure your account is logged out after each session.

All financial transactions on ZX77 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions, no international payment processing fees charged by ZX77 and no third-party currency exchange costs applied to your account balance.

Accepted payment methods on ZX77 include:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ZX77 account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. ZX77 does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method used to deposit must belong to you. If a deposit is made from a payment method not in your name, ZX77 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw funds from your ZX77 account at any time provided: your identity has been verified, there are no active investigations on your account and any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. ZX77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

Account Balances: ZX77 account balances are held as credits — they do not accrue interest. Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100 per month, applied from the start of the 13th month of inactivity. Players will receive email notification before any inactivity fee is applied.

ZX77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Specific wagering multiples are stated on each ZX77 promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games at ZX77 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, baccarat and some table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion for details.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your ZX77 account at any given time. You cannot combine two simultaneous bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: ZX77 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse — including placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or employing any strategy that exploits bonus mechanics. Where abuse is detected, ZX77 will void the bonus and associated winnings and may close the account.
• ZX77 Discretion: ZX77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed before the change date.

• Bet Placement: A bet is considered placed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation from ZX77. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled after the relevant event has started.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: ZX77 sets minimum and maximum stake limits per bet which may vary by game, market and player account. Stake limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing each bet.
• Odds & Prices: Odds displayed on ZX77 are correct at the time of display but may change before your bet is confirmed — particularly in live/in-play markets. If the odds change between your selection and confirmation, ZX77 will either honour the original price or notify you of the change before proceeding, depending on the size of movement.
• Errors & System Faults: ZX77 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, on incorrectly displayed markets or where a technical fault affected the game outcome. All decisions in this regard are at ZX77's sole discretion and will be communicated to affected players.
• Abandoned Events: If a real sporting event used for betting purposes is abandoned or significantly delayed, ZX77's specific sport betting rules — published on the Cricket Betting page — will govern how bets are settled.

ZX77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with ZX77 games;
• Colluding with other players in real-money games including poker variants and Teen Patti to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in ZX77's platform — these must be reported to customer support immediately;
• Money laundering — using ZX77 as a vehicle to process illegally obtained funds. ZX77 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity;
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or circumvent account restrictions;
• Attempting to access another player's ZX77 account without authorisation;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting ZX77's complaints process — fraudulent chargebacks will be contested.

ZX77 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a comprehensive suite of tools designed to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. All tools are available directly in your ZX77 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that prevent you from depositing more than a specified amount within each period.

All content on the ZX77 platform — including but not limited to the ZX77 brand name, logo, game designs, graphics, software, text, audio and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZX77 or its licensed content providers. No part of the ZX77 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified or exploited for commercial purposes without ZX77's prior written permission.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZX77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be revoked by ZX77 at any time without notice if these Terms are breached.

ZX77 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and service quality. However, ZX77 cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. The following limitations apply:

• ZX77 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures beyond our reasonable control — including internet outages, payment provider failures or force majeure events.
• ZX77 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your gaming winnings. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax requirements in Pakistan or your country of residence.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, ZX77's records shall be considered the definitive reference. ZX77's liability in any verified case of platform error is limited to the amount of the stake involved in the affected bet.
• ZX77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

ZX77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, bonus structures, payment terms or game rules — ZX77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and via an in-platform notification.

For minor clarifications, corrections or non-material updates, changes may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of ZX77 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your ZX77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirement on active bonuses must be completed or the bonus balance forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method.

ZX77-Initiated Suspension or Closure: ZX77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where:

• The account holder has breached any section of these Terms;
• The account holder has provided false registration information;
• Suspicious activity, fraud or money laundering is detected or suspected;
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement instruction requires closure;
• The account holder is verified to be under 18 years of age — in which case all balances including winnings will be forfeited.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ZX77 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder via registered email. During a suspension, bets cannot be placed and withdrawals will be held pending resolution of the investigation.

ZX77 takes every player complaint seriously. If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of a bet, an incorrect charge to your account or any other issue, the following process applies:

1. Contact ZX77 customer support at support@zx77.click within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints raised after 30 days may not be investigated.
2. Provide your ZX77 account details, a clear description of the issue, the relevant date and time and any supporting screenshots or reference numbers.
3. ZX77 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 7 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with ZX77's response, you may escalate the complaint to our senior disputes team by replying to the original response email and requesting escalation.

ZX77's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes is final where the outcome has been verified against server-side logs and certified RNG records. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ZX77 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ZX77 collects personal information for the purpose of providing gaming services, verifying player identity, processing payments, complying with anti-money laundering obligations and communicating promotional offers (where opted in). ZX77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised ZX77 personnel and vetted service providers only.
